We worked to review COR’s website and determine which platforms they needed to run their business. When we first accessed the website they had alot of apps in there providing similar and cross over services, which meant some customers were receiving emails from 3 different platforms. We analysed and performed a tech stack review and plan and implemented this for the COR team to streamline the apps they were using in the website.
This resulted in a cost saving each month, streamlined communication tools and effective use of the customer data.
