We worked to design and build a solution for Outpace Swim Workouts which utilised the Woocommerce Memberships platform and a complex integration through to automated sequences for mailing out weekly workouts through an integration with Mailchimp.

This solution enabled them to sell online memberships and automate the content to go out to their customers each week according to what level they purchased. It also allowed them to move up and down the levels through their customer dashboard as they progressed in their swimming abilities. This gave the client the ability to sell a global membership for people to access throughout the world.

We worked to review COR’s website and determine which platforms they needed to run their business. When we first accessed the website they had alot of apps in there providing similar and cross over services, which meant some customers were receiving emails from 3 different platforms. We analysed and performed a tech stack review and plan and implemented this for the COR team to streamline the apps they were using in the website.

This resulted in a cost saving each month, streamlined communication tools and effective use of the customer data.
